At Dance Floor Bound, every piece is made to order through our print partners, which means your gear is created just for you. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

Order Processing & Production

  • Because each product is custom-printed, please allow 2–4 business days for production before your order ships.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

  • U.S. Orders: Typically arrive within 5–10 business days after production.

  • International Orders: Delivery usually takes 10–20 business days, but may vary due to customs or local carriers.

  • Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, weather, customs).

Multiple Packages

  • If you order more than one item, your products may ship separately from different print providers. Don’t worry — you’ll receive tracking for each package.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted on our site.

Incorrect Addresses / Failed Deliveries

  • Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

  • Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges to resend.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once your order leaves our print partner, we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages.

  • If your package is significantly delayed or missing, contact us at dancefloorbound@gmail.com and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

Damaged or Misprinted Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

International Customs & Duties

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.

  • These charges are not included in your order total and vary by location.
